Laptop or Desktop?

That is the biggest question, that you have to ask yourself. If you spend a lot of time playing at your friend’s house, or maybe just like to occasionally play on the couch. Then a laptop is definitely what you are looking for. But laptops have a much lower durability and performance than desktops do. So you need to decide if it is worth giving up performance and quality, for convenience. It is, of course, possible to get a laptop with extremely great performance, but it will cost you a lot more than with a desktop.

The desktop is usually the pro gamers weapon of choice. It has greater performance and stats, for much less money. Not to mention the fact that gaming with a proper keyboard and monitor really enhances your gaming sessions. You can always get that for your laptop as well, but then again, that would take away from its mobility.

A lot of people do end up choosing a laptop over a desktop, and I don’t blame them. If you need your PC for anything else than gaming at home, then a laptop’s convenience is great. Whether you study, use it at work or just like to move around. Mobility and convenience are hard to put a price tag on.
